On this publication we reclaim Reparations for Loss and Damage as the 3^rd pillar of climate action and a right of vulnerable communities. We analyze the difference with adaptation with loss and damage and the implication of the Advisory Opinions of the ICJ and Interamerican Court on Human Rights.
